About Us
Noelani and I are new to the Wilmington area. Having both grown up near the ocean in New England , we feel very comfortable in our new southern seaside home. Especially because we have started our family here with the arrival of our son Kainoa K. Miranda in January.
I have worked in the golf business for over 15 years. Most recently I was the head golf professional at a resort in the piedmont of NC. Presently, I am a writer and photographer for Wilmington's weekly sports show called the Cape Fear Sports Report. I feel that I have always had a good eye for photography and have recently taken my skills more seriously.
Noelani's background is in teaching. She has been a Special Education teacher for the past 10 years as well as a teacher and dancer of Hula. Please check out the Hula School tab at the top of this page.
